These Terms & Conditions govern the Be OWT Reclamation messaging program operated by Chi Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.. By providing your mobile number and opting in on our reclamation form, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Be OWT Reclamation program sends transactional SMS messages related to your reclamation: a confirmation that we received your form and follow-up messages from our Reclamation & Retention team about reconnecting with the chapter. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team — typically a confirmation message followed by occasional follow-ups. You will not receive recurring scheduled messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again through our form.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
